The large outdoor pool, located on the ground floor at the edge of the seashore preserve and the beach access, has an outdoor kitchen and relaxing whirlpool spa. A spiral stairway leads up to the 2nd level balcony and third level indoor pool with stunning views of the Gulf. Separate men’s and women’s baths are located next to the lobby entrance for convenience.

The building will be serviced by two high-speed elevators. Residents will enjoy a secure maintenance free environment. The front entrance, beach access and ground floor doors will be security coded for owner access.

Each owner will have reserved covered parking on the ground level.

Level 2 can be accessed from the two elevators or a spiral staircase from the outdoor pool area and Level 3 leading to an oversized outdoor terrace with beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico.

The indoor community area overlooking the seashore preserve has a large lounging area, as well as, a sprawling common area with a completely appointed kitchen that can be used for entertaining or family gatherings. Off to the side is a billiards room with a 220-degree view.

The large fitness center offers the latest in exercise equipment and has wraparound windows with gulf views for a truly exhilarating workout experience.
