La Vista of Perdido Key, Florida - Gallery

La Vista will rise on the eastern end of Perdido Key State Park and National Park as a beacon to the lucky few that reside there. The preserve stretches west from La Vista nearly 2 miles and spans from the Gulf of Mexico to Old River on the bay side offering an opportunity to create panoramic views that will last for generations.

The building, designed by Forrest Daniell of Forrest Daniell & Associates, P.C., has a flowing architectural rhythm and elegant presence reminiscent of swirling water, waves, and wind. The uniquely shaped building was designed to give unobstructed views of the tranquil expanse of the Gulf of Mexico to the south, seashore preserve to the west, and Old River and Ono Island to the north.
